"Superb location with high price point"

1. Superb location, 2. excellent restaurant (recommending half board if u go), 3. friendly and capable personnel in the restaurant, stayed in one of the suites which was awesome. 4. Spa area with heated outdoor pool and view to mountains is awesome.

1. Considering the price point there was little or no extra ”wow elements” but location. 2. Hotel management and reception performance was average and maybe not at the level of the rest of the hotel (no direct fails but comparing to other hotels which clearly have taken different approach) but as said the personnel in the restaurant was awesome. 3. Spa area suffered shortage of towels in peak hours (there’s no way to explain this again considering the price point - just buy more towels)

Frühstück und Abendessen waren super

Das Hotel in allen Aspekten top, leider können sich nicht alle Gäste benehmen.Zugeparktes Auto ohne den Schlüssel an der Rezeption zu hinterlassen, das jemand auf mein Auto gekotzt hat ist eine bodenlose Frechheit !!
