Tors Park

Location was perfect and the accommodation just incredible. The shower had a leak whilst we were staying there and the on-site maintenance guy was round to fix it within 30 minutes, even though it was about 9:30pm on a Friday evening - the guy was really friendly and got it fixed and cleaned up very efficiently (a big thank you to him and the team!). Our stay exceeded expectations and we will definitely be back.

Clean, fully equipped and very comfortable beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Views are exceptional.

We found the steps a little tricky; especially when we loaded & unloaded the car. Also, a little more painful to take the dogs out for toilet breaks.

Well it’s the worst place in lynmouth, and the most expensive.

The lift was not working for seven days, it’s a complete Building site, had to get three big suitcases down four flights of stairs on my own

Location, facilities, style.

Our penthouse apartment was spotless, brand new, as were all fittings, appliances, etc. All modern, wooden floors, spacious as well. Any queries I had were responded to quickly.

When I booked, I booked an ocean view room. I was then told I was upgraded to a penthouse later, but I lost the sea view (which I wasnt told about and was disappointing) and ended up with an overwater view. This was meant to overlook the river, but there were trees in the way, so you could only get a small glimpse of the river. The lift wasnt working, so you have to go up and down stairs to get to the apartment. Some of the site was still being built - part of the view from our balcony overlooked it.

The property is brand new and spotlessly clean.

The property is situated on a building site so we were woken up extremely early with the men starting work and the beautiful surroundings blighted by diggers and building materials etc.

The location is exceptional. The views are mesmerising. We loved this place and after four days didn’t really want to leave!
