Location was perfect

Place needs renovation cleaner needs firing bedrooms literally freezing no heating in rooms or space heaters provided 1 heater in main living room which we all had to stay in there were 4 beds I had to sleep on floor due to not being able to use bedrooms very damp/ pillows staind yellow mattress staind was told caravan was cleaned b4 arrival how embarrassing we realy wasn't going to stay but me my partner n kids just decided to stay in main room carpets staind not hoovered up black mould or just filth around front of fridge tbh place was disgusting seriously needs a revamp b4 being put on rent very muddy to get to caravan over all very disappointing

It wasn't clean, the most uncomfortable bed i have slept on, the cold water didnt work in the shower, it stated there was a bath, it was big enough for a child to sit in. My Sisters and myself have severe pet allergies aswell as dust and these allergies flared up after an hour of being inside the caravan, either from a pet being in there or the dust. There was hardly any space for us to move around, and there wasn't a double pull out sofa bed either. We left the caravan cleaner than how we found it! Will not be staying again, this place should be reviewed and then removed from booking.com.

Great communication with the host always replied to messages. Was a very clean caravan and in a great location not to noisy either. the deposit was back in my account within 24hr as he promised. highly recommend

It could have been cleaned better

The owner was understanding and took our complaints seriously and gave us a partial refund as we chose to pay to go into another caravan on another site. He was very respectful and I felt heard. He apologised and said he would be addressing the issues we raised.

The caravan was very dirty. The bathroom sink had toothpaste in it and there was dust and dirt everywhere. The advertised walk in shower was actually a very small bath with a shower overhead. I am disabled so would never have chosen a bath. When we did attempt to use the shower the water was scalding hot and we had to wash from kettles full of water from the kitchen.
