How close to Ingoldmells it was and the lovely park it's on.

Sofa bed is so uncomfortable.

Firstly i had difficulty locating it as the caravan site has one main entrance but has 2 seperate carvan sites combined, the owner didnt map this out at all, after 3 hours of driving to get there it was quite stressful when circling around the carvan site to locate this particular carvan. First impressions of the caravan, it looked so dirty and dated inside, even the outside was a state, paint peeling off etc. Got inside and it was even more shocking, dirty carpets, dated decor and crampt. The bathroom tiles were pealing off the wall, the vents were dusty and full of thick black webs. The TV hardly worked, there was a dvd player next to it, who has dvd's! Freezing cold in the bedrooms and bathroom due to bad vents. Worst of all there was an ant infestation, myself and my 5 year old daughter woke up to ants crawling on us in the double bed, they were crawling all over the walls by the bed and then we noticed more when we moved our bags to get out the room all in our stuff! We quicjky got out of bed abd into the lounge but yet there were more, we left early as we couldnt stand sitting in there for any longer. I made a complaint and got NO compensation not even the acknowledgement of the owner dealing with this issue. Even booking.com didnt reimburse me! Absolutely shocking.
