The facility and the staff were terrific! As a matter of fact the bed was was one of the 10 best beds ive ever slept in.

I was in room 204 at the end of the hallway beside the stairwell, around 12 midnight as i atarted to fall asleep therd was a loud ceashing noise i could hear the door to the stairs SLAM shut, and voices argujng, i called the office and the man wbo answered informed me fhey were aware of it and were handling it. And the arguing voices did stop, however the slamming of the staircase door started up again shortly after, at around 2:30 i finally called the office again and the front desk manager came up and looked around, i joined him as i had done myself a couole tines....i can tell you what i tnink is happening, theirs non guests, possibly homeless using that stairwell to come uo and avoid ghe front desk staff....perhaps an alarm on that door woukd deter use of it. So between 12:00 & 3:45 i was kept up from tnis onstant slamming of the door.. You can try it for yourself and hesr hiw loud it ehoes...... But what coukd have been an amazing night of sleep in what ciukd have been my favorite hotel and i stay in hotels quite frequently for leisure i would appreciate if you offered me a comp of some sort to try to win my patronage back, maybe a 2 for 1 deal or half price on my next stay, would be appreciated and recommended 😁

This property was very nice. Staff members were friendly and helpfull. Great location for walking to entertainment venues!

The breakfast staff did not have a key to open the juice machine and the small yogurt fridge. Oatmeal was not made- just dry oats in the chafer.

Great property reasonably priced. Breakfast is adequate, but doesn’t have as many offerings as other Fairfield inns.
