Lake Norman Hotel

The motel was in a great location and updated nicely. Even though it was older and nostalgic, it was perfect for a weekend getaway. There are lots of lake amenities and the restaurant was great as well. Would stay again

Lovely small hotel. Aesthetically comfortable and quaint, great lake front location. Other clients at the hotel were friendly and respectful. Although the on-site restaurant was closed Min/Tues we had other nearby choices. Ended up at the Blue Parrot less than 5 miles away - another 5/5 review for this lake front eatery!

Nice place with a comfortable bed. Rooms are small, but convenient location to Lake Norman. Good restaurant right next door, but does not offer breakfast of coffee. Waterdraft rental right next door with a dock is very convenient and lots of fun options. Overall, I would return due to the convenience of the location.

We stayed on the lake side and I loved walking out to see Lake Norman each day. Each room had it's own little picnic table outside of it on the deck. Rooms were redone at some point in the last few years and are updated and very clean. Staff was great. The only thing that can't really be helped is the walls are very thin. We had a minor noise issue one night which the staff handled well the next day. Not a place for late night party crowds. I would absolutely book again and plan to in the future.

Cute little waterfront hotel and restaurant. Small but very clean and perfect after a day on the water. Lakeside restaurant to get a meal and an adult beverage. Will definitely be back.

Great place on the lake with ample things to do on site. Restaurant a bar even kayak/boat rentals. Rooms itself ample and clean and looked updated. Only thing that would be negative is it’s an old style motel. Sound proof it’s not but was easily overlooked for price and the ocean sound machine lol.

The hotel was not what I imagined from the pictures but the room surprised me with having a comfortable bed, Kroger coffee pot, exceptional cleanliness and restaurant onsite. Would recommend and would return.
