"Best Tiki experience!"

We went to this cute little motel to escape hurricane Helene. We were greeted by very nice compassionate people. I can’t say enough about how nice they were. The hotel makes you feel like you’re on an island somewhere. It is connected to a marina and there is a restaurant on the bottom level.

Loved this little renovated motel. It was small but clean comfortable and offered us everything we needed. I love when people take something old and make it new. If road noise bothers you, get the lake side of the motel. Just loved this little place and the view. I will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay at lake Norman hotel. So cute and very clean. Girl up front was very friendly. Had so much to offer for excursion activities and also had a restaurant.

"No empathy for Hurricane Helene victims"

I called to cancel reservation due to state declared disaster Hurricane Helene. My children and I had lost my home, belongings, no power, no water, no food, I called to cancel reservation. I had to leave voicemail and got no reply. This business would not cancel and still took the $232.59 for the reservation even though I didn't stay in the reserved room.
