On the water, clean, courteous and friendly staff, great location. Restaurant and bar very nice. Close to a busy road so lots of traffic noise. Room adequate.

Don't go here and stay away! Just kidding. I jokingly wrote to stay away because this place is so awesome and don't want it to get too crowded. Seriously, this place is great, the people running it are great and the location is great. A nice gem and a must see.

Small motel with 7 units facing parking lot and highway 30 feet beyond. Other 7 units face arm of Lake Norman with nice marina atmosphere. My room best described as tiny & cramped. Clean and some unique charm, but getting a little long in the tooth.

great people, boat dock and great dock staff that positionad and tied up our boat. , great bar and food at the attached restaurant/bar with super friendly staff... overall fun place thanks. only slightly down side was early morning traffic noise but not that bad....
