Lake Norman Hotel

We highly recommend this hotel, we had a wonderful stay, every staff member was more helpful than the next, just a great place to vacation

I stayed here one night and would not stay here again. I am not sure how this place has the positive reviews it does, because I wanted to get out of there ASAP. The description and pictures must have been taken long ago and hide the fact that the rooms are tiny, dated and unclean with the loudest air conditioner I have ever heard. If you try and save a few bucks by not staying in a lakefront room, you are punished with being about 50 ft from a road that seems to have cars at all times throughout the night. Between the extremely loud air conditioner, the road noise and the old, cheap mattress you will not get any sleep! Rooms are overpriced and should be about $60 for a "road noise" room. I cannot speak to the condition of the lakefront rooms and the overall atmosphere, but the entire place could use a remodel and clean up.

Nice little motel. Rooms are a little small but clean and they have new mattresses that are very comfortable. The shower is a little small for me. I'm 6'1" 205. It is located on Lake Norman with a nice restaurant and bar right behind it.

What a great little find. A perfect spot right on the lake! We needed to get away from the brick hotel staring at an old rundown mall, so we found this little gem. The rooms look as if they have been recently remodeled! Keruig machine in room was a great touch. Basic TV but that's fine with us. We enjoyed hanging outside on the picnic bench or the chairs! Restaurant downstairs was convenient but just basic bar food. If you don't have a paddle board you can rent from here too(we had our own!). Def a nice little get away. Friendly people and even got to check in early! Publix is just down the way

This was a nice, off the path peaceful place on the lake with a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was late arriving, they called to make sure I woukd make it in time before the restaurant on site closed.

This place is simply awesome.
