Staff services with fast reply! Have some relaxing play tools and coffee machine!

No receptionist to help for self serve machine at front desk, need to call for help! No room keeping/clean up service for next day morning!

My 1st self service kiosk check in,very unique... Love the fact if anything wrong whenever call the number stated there will always be someone to picked it up. Great lounge area,didnt manage to play the games or watch movies but excellent. Highlight of the trip,the free hot chocolate was superb!!! Definately gonna stay here again....
