Staff was super helpful

There is a check in kiosk for self check in, and if you have problems, the kiosk provides a a phone number which you can call for assistance. The place does look like a gamer's hotel with two arcade and a pool table, the shower area was good with excellent heat. It is very near to Sunway Pyramid and food is readily available nearby

The lift buttons, while working, need to be repeatedly tapped to make it work, and the rooms are a bit cramped so you need to plan how to open your luggages if you have more than one luggage.

There was a small pool table, two arcade games but some of the controls were broken by guests, and there was a playstation which my boyfriend really loved haha. Loved the lighting of the room too, adds to the ambience and vibe.

The bed sheets and pillows had some stains. And I wanted to request for two more pillows through their said app but I could not go through the website after scanning the code given, I also tried searching the app but I couldn’t find it, I eventually gave up haha.
