Super OYO 90562 J Hotel PJ

The worst experience ever. I booked a room and hotels.com allows the option to pay at the property. However when I turned up the reception rudely told me they gave the room to someone else as I didn’t pay. What nonsense! I’m glad I didn’t stay as I could hear people talking in their rooms even with doors closed and the place doesn’t look very clean

The price is ok .

But it’s noisy due to nearest bar

the staff not friendly and call so many times but reject the call.. and when come in the staff actually not busy .. please check and make sure they assist the guest effiecient by pick up call..

Cleanliness, WiFi was strong and always available, drinking water was available 24/7, was let back into the building almost immediately every time

On 2 occasions a staff member attempted to access my room without knocking or giving any notice, on one occasion I was sleeping.
