The hotel is clean and is the rooms are fairly new. The service staff were helpful in particular the front office supervisor Wunlandari who helped with various arrangements.

THE STUFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS WITH SMILE ON THEIR FACE. THE LOCATION IS VERY NEAR TO LOCAL MARKET AND A MALL (TOP 100) WITH ONLY WALKING DISTANCE .

OVERALL IS VERY GOOD ENOUGHT , ITS JUST THE LIGHT NOT BRIGHT ENOUGHT . IS ABIT DARK AT THE ROOM .

Artotel Hotel has been my go-to stay for quite some time now — I’ve stayed here countless times, and it has never disappointed. For a 3-star hotel, the level of service easily feels like 5-star. The location is highly convenient, with the wet market, BCS Mall, Grand Mall, food courts, and massage options all within walking distance — making it ideal for both short and extended stays. What truly stands out is the exceptional hospitality. The staff are consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. Special mention to Miss Laura and Miss Monica at the front desk — their personalised service, smooth check-ins and check-outs, and thoughtful little surprises in the room always make each stay feel special and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the air-conditioning and WiFi work perfectly, and the TV comes with Netflix. Small touches like complimentary snacks and drinks, as well as a lavender spray to help with a better night’s sleep, really elevate the overall experience. Breakfast offers a decent variety with daily menu changes — simple yet satisfying. The mango smoothies, pastries, and traditional kuehs were especially enjoyable (I even went back for seconds). Considering the quality of service, comfort, and overall experience, Artotel Hotel remains more affordable than many nearby hotels that offer less. Overall, every stay has been consistently pleasant, comfortable, and worth it. Highly recommended, especially for those who value great service and convenience.
