Perfect for shopping! Stayed here for the location and wasn't disappointed. It’s a 5-minute walk to Grand Batam and BCS Mall. The room was modern, clean, and the bathroom was huge. Great value if you want to be near all the best food and malls.

Location was quite central. Short walk to grand batam mall and cafes nearby.

Small arrival lobby that reeked of sewage smell. Breakfast was pathetic and most of the food was cold. Utensils and cups were not replenished in time. Won't ever go back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

Very convenient location, CK only in front if hotel, lots of eateries (a2 food court) and massage parlor nearby. BCS and Grand Batam mall just walking distance. If you want to go to GB, just make sure you cross the road in front of Fore. And friendly staff too. Overall very satisfying stay.

the coffee, snacks in the room were refill everyday.

the staff at ground floor did not check number of box sent to me by the kek lapis shop. The staff only gave me 1 box and not 2 boxes as it suppose to be. I was in a hurry to go the the jetty. however, the staff whatsapp me telling that there is another box for me (from the same shop) when i was already at the ferry jetty and about to depart to Johor. request the staff to immediately to send over to Jetty but unfortunately the staff cannot do it. My advise: It will be great if the staff to double check the number of boxes in the store room before hand over it to the customers.

Could have been at 5 star review for this 3 year old property. Friendly staff. For the price, you are getting good value in terms of room size, bare basic amenities and breakfast which isna good declicious spread. It is a newish property so quite clean still. No disposable slippers, they provide flip flops. No hand towels. The linens - bed sheets, pillow cases - is another story. They don't look worn but are stained, unclean and smelly. I doubt it is a housekeeping staff issue unless they are handling the laundry in house. Likely their contract laundry service is below par. Won't recommend until they fix this issue.
