ARTOTEL Batam

Excellent staff, clean hotel.

Room lighting is poor, should have night light for sleeping. Put a small sofa for extra seating, 1 chair not enough. Breakfast food not tasty.

Artotel Batam was def best hotel i stayed at in Batam! Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and bathroom was quite luxurious even! Hotel was modern and all staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended!

despite the hotel reply every feedback, nothing had been improving since then like speed of WIFI. and whatever had request for additional none of it was follow up.

Wi-Fi speed slow and intermitter, assign to lowest floor with nearby rooftop view and not able to provide firm/hard pillow despite been early request and indicated even during weekdays.

My friends enjoyed the breakfast spread and its central location. Grand Batam Mall, the Penuin market, and other shops were all easily accessible via a less than 10 min walk.

Stay at Artotel Batam was truly pleasant. The staff exceeded expectations with their exceptional friendliness and politeness, setting a high standard. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. What truly made my experience stand out was the attentive service. A wonderful touch that showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction.
