"レビューに釣られないように"

ロケーションが良かったとという定義は色々あると思うがこのホテルの場合は「食事する場所には困らなかった」という事だけは確か。

ロビーで友人を待っている際にスタッフが寄ってきてQRコードからサイトに飛びレビューを書かされたが、従業員の方から「こう書いてくれ」と言われ書いている際もずっと傍にいて書いている内容を確認していた。ホテルのレビューが不自然なほど良い事しか書かれていなかった理由がそこにあったと判った。 しかしそれは従業員個々の意思ではなくマネージメントにやらされてるんだろうなと思った。 年末週末のハイシーズンだったので高かったのは仕方ないにしてもコスパは悪かった。 なお従業員の方々は皆しっかり仕事をしていてどこに居る従業員も皆さん気持ちの良い対応をしてくれていたのが救いか。
