Aston Nagoya City Hotel

The location is strategic. A lot of shops below. Room is clean.

Room abit small for a deluxe. Only issue one access card. Breakfast service is slow in top up finished dishes.

All staffs were great. Customer service comes first. Be it the Security, Front Office or the Housekeeper. They were all very helpful and approachable.Maybe the morning breakfast service can be improved eg) don't wait till the food is empty to be refilled to avoid any unnecessary complain from fussy guest. I understand sometimes this is some of the area that the staffs may overlooked but overall my stay was wonderful.

I really liked the service from front desk. There was a lady who could speak mandarin and that surprised me! It's friendly for elderly who cannot communicate in english. ^.^ The hotel is located at a really convenient location within Thamrin and there's food in every corner, including convenience stores.

I didn't like that the towels have a stench, like it wasn't aired properly. There is also no hair conditioner and the shampoo can be quite drying for your hair. Recommended to bring your own toiletries!

Good location for makan . Your staff is awesome especially the guy staff who arrange my check in . ( apologies not able to recall your name, hope proper recognition is given). Given the competitive hotel environment, service is what matters sometimes especially for reasonable requests etc. And service is what guests look for a relaxing holiday 😊

Most restaurants close after 9.30pm and mini bar not cool enough for beer etc.
