Property was dirty and not cleaned when we arrived. Room was not available for us until 5 hours after the check in time that we had confirmed with the property. Property owner stalled and delayed reimbursement, then eventually provided no reimbursement after multiple calls.

Views were amazing!

The stairs, however, it was stated in the description.

No tiene aire acondicionado, hacía muchísimo calor. La casa parecía una iglesia y daba mucho mal rollo de noche, el sofá cama era muy incómodo y fino.

Good communication, clear instructions, good value.

It needs to be more clearly stated up front just how difficult a climb you face getting to this place. Forget going up and down, it's a beating and impossible if you're handicapped or very overweight. Also there is NO A/C!! Ok maybe in the winter but September is too hot! It only got tolerable after sunset.

아름다움은 그냥 주어지는게 아닌것 140여개의 계단은 고통스러웠지만 금방 익숙해집니다. 다만 에어컨 시설이 약하기때문에 습하고 더웠지만 아름다운 풍경으로 커버되는 곳

The property is not accessible by luggage porter or by car. You must walk up many steep stairs to reach it- something the host purposefully hid from me when I asked the full address. I was with my family and we had one suitcase per person as we were traveling for a long time and had no other problems in the trip, but when I called the host for help on how to proceed he was extremely disrespectful and rude, stating we “shouldn’t have brought so much stuff” and to deal with it. Apart from that, many of the fans in the house were not working and the a/c also did not work.

Do NOT book if you have any suitcases , not acessible

냉장고 성능이 좋습니다.

에어컨 없습니다. 제습기가 제대로 작동하지않고 환기시설이 부족하고 창문이 작아 숙소가 습기찹니다. 냉방은 선풍기가 유일합니다. 계단을 140개 올라가야합니다. 캐리어를 들고 아파트 7층을 올라간다고 생각하시면 됩니다. 숙소 이름은 House ... Finestra라고 되어있습니다. Booking.com에서 예약한 숙소이름과 다른걸 보니 최근에 숙소이름을 바꾸고 재등록한것같습니다. 헤어드라이어에 먼지가 가득 껴있고 성능이 너무 형편없었습니다. 엄청난 소음과 타는 냄새가 나는 헤어드라이어인데다가 머리를 제대로 말릴 수 없는 헤어드라이어였습니다. 호스트는 아마 이에 대해 이미 알고있었을겁니다. 이에대해 호스트에게 이야기했지만 메세지를 읽고도 아무 대답을 하지 않았습니다. 최악의 응대입니다. 창이 너무 작아서 바깥이 보이지 않습니다. 뷰를 즐기기위해서는 숙소 밖으로 나가야합니다.

Location was good. On the edge of town, but walkable to dinner, ferry, shops. But out of the busy areas. Friendly little cats at my front door each day. The view.

I was happy with everything.
