Nobu Hotel Atlanta

The staff was truly the sweetest! I did have a couple of small inconveniences with the restaurant, though. For breakfast, my orders were almost right, which threw me off a little. Once, I asked for no radish on my toast but received it anyway, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. Another time, I ordered a breakfast roll and asked for it to be well-done, but it came out undercooked. Aside from those minor hiccups, I met some of the warmest people there. I can’t wait to try Nobu at other locations!

Location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was very calming, the tea when we checked in was a great touch! Room was great, the ability to lower lights in each area of the room was a nice change from just a too bright level, the control pads also gave us the ability to put on the on the privacy button and the accessible walk/ride in shower with a seat in it was perfect. Loved the teapot and the Black Orchid tea! The only complaint was that we couldn’t eat in the dining room as the noise level was too high for us! In room dining was efficient. Overall it was quiet, which was perfect, we slept well. Sometimes we didn’t get our room serviced as they knocked whilst we were still in the room with the privacy button on. Having access to the courtesy car and driver for rides within 3 miles was also great and saved us money on Uber/Lyft rides.

Stayed here to use my Amex FHR credit before the end of the year. When I checked in my benefits were immediately recognized and I was upgraded to an Executive King from a Standard King and offered a 4pm checkout. Hotel is very nice and new, albeit with very few amenities outside of the restaurant, pool and gym. There is a mall and food court directly across the (tiny) street. My wife and I mostly just stayed in the room to relax for one night away from the kids. We visited the rooftop pool which was too cold at this time of year, but did have a lovely view to relax in for a few minutes. We did have reservations at the restaurant which was super convenient and decent. Some dishes were great (the chicken KUSHIYAKI was a stand out, as well as the sea bass) and others so so (the crispy rice cold dish was just okay as was the spicy scallops hot dish). I did get to use my $100 amenity credit to knock down the bill, and got a (mostly) free breakfast the next morning (I'm assuming the overage was the tip). All of this was spelled out in a letter when we checked in including the breakfast limit. The one oddity was we received some complimentary chocolates to our room I believe as a FHR perk, but they delivered them at 10:30 pm when we were in our jammies. A nice surprise, but I felt like they realized they dropped the ball earlier in the day. Overall, if you're just looking to relax and maybe catch a very close bite I highly recommend.

Nice hotel in a very nice location. Only problem I had was the bed. Second time me staying there and both times the bed sucked. Too firm.

The Nobu restaurant was amazing. The Nobu hotel was average. We bought the Zen Suite and we heard noises from the floor above at 1-3am both nights. The room service breakfast was cold and you could not pre-order the food.I tried to download the Nobu app but it would verify my email. it seems like the hotel is not run with the same rigor of the restaurant in terms of attention to detail and customer service.
