Our stay at Nobu Hotel Atlanta was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The only positive was Ramden, who greeted us with genuine care and professionalism. Despite repeatedly informing staff of our severe shellfish allergy, it was ignored. After room service, we both became violently ill and spent an entire day vomiting. When we contacted the front desk, we were ignored for over five hours. Restaurant service was extremely slow, with guests seated after us served first. We were promised a manager call that never happened. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Check in and service from Sam Ben Hamida was great. He made our check in process feel so special. My Wife and I were on cloud 9 the first night. The next morning during breakfast service started out great, but then took a dip as the service started. I asked for a to go coffee 3 times for my wife and she never got it and we decided to leave the dining area.

My colleagues and I had a fantastic stay. The service was impeccable especially from Ramadan in guest services! He was our driver for the Porsche experience and came with excellent recommendations. Incredibly sweet man and with an exceptional flair for guest services. The room was lovely and the hotel itself was beautiful. Water pressure in the shower was amazing!! Bed was SO comfy! I will definitely be back again.

Stylish, comfortable great rooms

They don’t actually have spa on site. You have to book it separately for additional charge and go to another building. Considering that was one of the reasons we booked the room, that was unfortunate. I think that listing spa in the list of facilities is misleading if you don’t actually have it.

Miguellina Robinson is the definition of customer service. She greeted my husband and I with a warm tone and smile. Miguellina explained all the amenities and gave my husband Matsuhisa wine as Birthday gift. The atmosphere at Nobu was calming and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or for a staycation.
