Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Tolle Kinderanimation. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Gut wäre ein Betreuer/Betreuerin, die auch deutsch können, damit deutschsprachige Kinder sie auch verstehen. Kleiner Tipp: Gut wären z.B noch Feuchttücher und eine Ecke am Buffet, welches extra für Kinder eine Ausstattung zum Essen anbietet, auch für die kleinsten (Lätzchen, Löffel, Brei, Feuchttücher)

In den Zimmern sollte öfter staubgesaugt werden, mit Kindern sammelt sich immer etwas mehr Staub. Auch im Fitnessraum war es dreckig am Boden, auch vor den Spiegeln. Die Teller am Buffet waren oft nicht richtig sauber. Das Wasser im Poolbereich war oft zu kalt auch im Babybecken, an einem Tag wurde gesagt es wäre etwas nicht richtig gewesen, am anderen war es super angenehm und warm und dann am nächsten wieder kalt…das war etwas, was uns schon etwas gestört hat.

Krasný rodinný hotel, hodně aktivit a prostředí pro děti, vůbec to ale nerušilo posezení v loby baru. Na hotelu bylo vše, nadherné wellness, výborná kuchyně…
