Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht (Internationales Team, ohne Englisch schwierig). Die Speisen waren sehr gut, auch wenn die ein od. andere Speise etwas mehr Temperatur vertragen hätte. (Grund: nur Buffet). Toll der Zubringer und Abholservice mit dem hauseigenen Zügli zum Schigebiet. Hat super geklappt!

Da es ein Familienhotel ist, haben wir mit etwas mehr Umgebungsgeräuschen gerechnet. ;-) Die Musikwahl und Lautstärke im Essbereich, parallel mit der gut hörbaren Kinderdisco um 20.00h war uns dann aber zu viel. Wir haben den Nachtisch im Zimmer genossen. In der Hauptsaison wird es dann vermutlich noch lauter. Check In erst um 16.00h (finde ich spät) und Abreise um 11.00h. Es wird Vollpension (Mittag von 12.00-13.30h) verrechnet, bei 2 Nächten ist es aber überhaupt nur einmal möglich das Mittagessen zu konsumieren. Am An- und Abreisetage ist es nämlich nicht inkludiert. Ich habe extra vorab nachgefragt, das ist für mich keine Vollpension, sorry. Dann lieber eine Nachmittagsjause ab 15.00h, diese auch die anreisenden Gäste bereits in Anspruch nehmen können. Dann hat man wenigstens 2x die Option.
