Loisium Wine & Spa Hotel Champagne

This was our third stay at the hotel, as we were so impressed the first time. Unfortunately we felt a little disappointed this time for several reasons. There was only one staff member in the spa, so treatments were fully booked most days (I recommend checking first if this is an important part of your stay), the staff were very disinterested - there was no engagement and generally poor service - it felt like they weren’t happy and there was no sign of leadership, and finally the general areas were not very clean. Having said all that, the room was very comfortable and clean, the included breakfast is very good and the design of the hotel makes it a really nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Endroit calme et restauration correct , salle pdj avec une capacité un peu juste . Spa et piscine parfait . Lumière dans la chambre un peu faible, certainement voulu pour un esprit cosy mais pas pratique pour la salle de bain .

Hôtel d’exception, dans un environnement magnifique . Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien décorées . Belle Piscine et spa luxueux Très bon restaurant pour le souper et déjeuner. Je recommande fortement !

Lovely relaxing two night repeat stay at this beautiful hotel. Great food and service. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Our junior suite was so comfortable with amazing view of the vineyards. Will be back again.

Hotel moderno immerso tra le vigne. Paesaggio magnifico, servizio ottimo, colazione molto varia e di ottima qualità, personale molto disponibile. Bar ben servito, spa valida e rilassante. Camera non grande ma ben curata e con tutti i comfort

We had a fantastic visit to Loisium in the Champagne region. The hotel was beautiful, the staff friendly, the room well appointed, breakfast offered a great choice, dinner very good, an amazing champagne wine list and the views across the vines spectacular. Would definitely recommend.
