The Sportsman's Lodge & Marina

Stayed for a week to visit family and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Friendly, caring owners with pride in their business and a sincere desire to ensure their guests have a great stay in a wonderful environment.

Very welcoming and clean It is quite basic but it tells you that when you choose it. Some nice bars and restaurants to walk out to we had no joy with the fishing but others that stayed there said they did Quite a distance to nearest beach No hair dryer no iron but you can loan them

The beds are comfortable in the ADA rooms. Yet there is little cabinet space or furniture tops to place things in or on. That includes the teeny bathroom sink area. The counter top space(s) are extremely teeny. One holds a lamp and clock which pretty much fill it up. One holds a safe which fills it up. The table is left, and when there's two of you for a meeting - well then that's full too! The conference center team as slow to get ready for our event in the evening after the day's conference.

My husband and I started a one week vacation in May. Due to an accident it turned into a 3 week stay and then a family one week stay in July. The rooms and apartments are just lovely, super clean and comfortable. The owners and staff are beautiful and kind people. Their flexibility and understanding meant so much to us! Close to restaurants and shopping and the view can’t be beat!

We just came back from a 3 night stay at Sportsman's Lodge. This is the kind of place I came to and loved before Florida became overrun with condos and high rises. When Florida was really, Florida. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable with nice soft sheets and blankets. Even the bath towels were large and fluffy. The kitchenette was equipped with all the basics. The property is right on the water. I will absolutely be back.

Enjoyed my 2 weeks at Sportsmans in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Great Place! Clean! Super Friendly Host Bruno and Hostess Jan. Also, walk to local restaurants (Italian, Seafood, Southern Fried and Typical "Midwestern" food. I'm a Michigan Senior, sleeping single in a double bed. Don't have a doggie, but well-behaved pooches are welcome at Sportsmans. In the past 50+ yrs I've traveled with wife & kids to 46 of our 50 states and, in the past 25 yrs, to most of Europe, Mexico, Florida and cruises as far south as Panama. For a relaxed "time in the sun," Sportsmans at Sebastian CANNOT BE BEAT !!!

First, I been coming here for awhile. My last visit was Aug 4 for a few days. The place is immaculate inside and out. Just what you would like your home to be. Jan and Bruno I cannot say enough of how friendly they are. We bring our dog Winston (a pomeranian) along. He loves the walks around the property and the Sebastian Park next door that allows dogs. There is a large Pavilion with a fireplace. We Built a fire on those cool nights. I don't have a pool so I enjoy those hot days in it. Always clean.

This is a one-of-a-kind place, unbelievably nice always immaculate, Janet and Bruno are extremely accommodating. Can't believe there is a place this nice that allows pets on a preapproved basis. You will not be disappointed, we have stayed here many times and love every minute we are there, love their location, usually get the one bedroom on the water, but I am sure the other apartments or studios are equally as nice. The amenities are wonderful with a nice clubhouse with two flatscreen TVs and multiple Grills, Beautiful pool, And a beautiful park next-door to walk your pet. I think the key to this unique paradise get-away is the owners,Janet and Bruno. I have stayed in a lot of places that allow pets and this is by far superior to everywhere I have stayed from coast to coast. And we have stayed in some five star hotels. This is just a wonderful home away from home get away, except I never want to come home after leaving there, which is the whole reason for going on the vacation!! The bonus is being able to bring your pets along on your adventure. Just no other place like it that we have ever found.

Stayed here for an extended weekend with my husband. We have family near by and this was a perfect central location! We enjoyed the dock and fishing right on the water, well lit so we always could walk around the docks and town at night. Everything is in walking distance that we wanted. The room was exceptionally clean, linens are provided as well as dish and bar soap. We always pack our own toiletries, and you will need to if staying here as well. Pool was immaculate as well. Last but not least, the owner was great, friendly and available if we had needed anything (which we didn't!). Would definitely recommend this hotel to people in the future.

We have stayed at the Sportsman's Lodge numerous times. Each and every time we have enjoyed the stay. Janet and Bruno run a first class lodge and ensure all is just right for their guests. Over the years we have made last minute requests for rooms and Janet has always come through for us. I can't say enough good things about the lodge or the kindness shown to us by Janet & Bruno.
