The Sportsman's Lodge & Marina

Me, my granddaughter and daughter stayed here to visit with family in town. It's a great no frills but extremely clean place to stay right on the river. We stayed in an efficiency apt. and were very comfortable. The beds were nice, the place was very clean and very convenient to everything. We had a wonderful time here and really enjoyed walking out to the end of the pier to watch sunrise and sunset. The only drawback we found was the no-seeums that bit us up terribly. Make sure you pack or buy bug spray!! Would definitely come back again.

I cannot believe we have lived only 30 minutes away from this awesome place for 30 years and never knew it existed. Nestled along the intracoastal waterway in Sebastian, Florida, this wonderful property is a little Florida gem. Janet and Bruno are great hosts and obviously take great pride in their establishment. The rooms are not fancy, but very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The visitor pictures do not lie. The view is picturesque and breathtaking. We had a large group of family and friends celebrating my grown daughter's birthday and Father's day. We had 3 generations in our group. The pool and decking looked brand new. Bruno is out every morning, early, cleaning the pool. Janet is out early in the morning cleaning the pool furniture and the picnic pavilion. We used the picnic pavilion both nights for cooking out, eating and generally socializing while taking in the great views of the river. Our group had three boats and the boat slips were very well kept and had water and electricity. You will not find a cheaper docking fee anywhere. Watch out Janet and Bruno, we will be returning!

Now we have stayed at Sportsmans Lodge several times for seven days each vacation. Janet and Bruno always make sure our stay is fantastic the rooms are always exceptionally clean and wonderful we usually stay on the water however we have seen all of the rooms there is nothing else like it in Florida. I was born and raised in Florida and I promise you you will have a wonderful wonderful experience at this paradise.

My wife and I stayed at The Sportsman's Lodge for a long weekend with friends and had a great time despite the weather. We happened to come during a particularly strong cold front and thankfully Janet and Bruno were able to help me wrangle my boat into place on the dock and keep it safe. The rooms were clean, comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. The common room had a fridge, prep areas and tables/chairs for communal happy hours, dinners and breakfast. Everyone had a great time and we plan on coming back again soon.
