Access to the property was straight forward my bed was mad exceptionaly well

I had one of the worst experiences staying here and I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone. From the moment I arrived, things were not as expected. The microwave in the room was not working at all, which was very inconvenient. The shared bathroom was absolutely disgusting — it looked like it had not been cleaned properly, and at one point someone had used the toilet and not even flushed, leaving it in an unacceptable state. There were no basic essentials provided either — no tissues, no tea or coffee ingredients, nothing. The radiator was completely broken, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. I honestly cannot imagine how anyone could stay there, especially during colder days. What made things even worse was the lack of safety and support. During the night, someone (possibly drunk) was banging and kicking on my door. It made me feel very unsafe and distressed. When I contacted emergency support, I was told someone would call me the next day — which completely defeats the purpose of “emergency” support. There was no on-site staff or immediate help available. The condition of the property overall was very poor. The floor was dirty and even broken in places, which added to the discomfort and concern. To top it all off, the manager only emailed me the next day to check if I was okay — which felt far too late given the situation the night before. This place offers absolutely no value for money. I would not recommend it to anyone, and I would never stay here again — even if it was offered for free.

I loved a cozy bed "princess like" feeling.. 🎀✨️ Wonderful Housekeeping Rules👍👍👍 Sightseeing suggestions in the lounge room 🫶🫶🫶 And I loved the location to easily reach the tourist places🏰🌁🌸

Room was REALLY cold. They tried to fix it nut no progress.
