There were insects and spiders left behind by previous guests, the heaters were inadequate, the common areas were completely filthy, and the smell made it impossible to even enter. There are better places; you'd be better off looking elsewhere.

der Fussboden ist sehr laut, die Dauermieter hören laut Musik, reden zu laut, das Bad muss öfter geputzt werden vorallem die Dusche, PERSONAL habe ich gar nicht gesehen! VIA Mail nur die Information zu Zimmernummer, Code Haustür und Code Zimmertür. Küche und Waschküche im Keller sowie Wannenbad und große Küche im Obergeschoss nur per Zufall gefunden.

Great location and neighbourhood in walking distance to public transport and activities, except for at night. ( see notes below).

The ternants upstairs were extremely disrespectful with thier noise level. Also the neighbourhood is in a student area and on some nights the noise level was ridiculous, praying well into the morning hours. I would recommend staying at the nearby Clifton Hotel, as the staff there were fantastic as well as the food options. Also the towels not being supplied was inconvenient. I did ask for towels which I never receieved.

Staff quasi inesistente, rispondono ogni tanto ma senza trovare soluzioni ai problemi. La stanza era pessima come isolamento acustico e termico ma almeno aveva un idea di pulito, la struttura orrenda, bagni totalmente inaccessibili per lo sporco. Contattato più volte lo staff che ha sempre detto di provvedere alla pulizia ma i bagni erano sempre sporchi. La struttura ha tante camere su più piani, i bagni, tutti in comune, non sono su tutti i piani. Alcuni hanno solo la doccia, che fa un rumore assurdo. Segnalato che le persone presenti facevano chiasso a tutte le ore, segnalato con foto lo schifo dei bagni e delle attrezzature della cucina, lo staff risponde solo con bugie e nulla è cambiato in 6 notti.

Cold room, bed was moving on wheels,no bed board no bed side tables. Shower on different floor, kitchen odour
