Brisas Del Mar Roatan

This place was above our expectations. The jewel of this place is the people working there. They are friendly, smiling, even when it is busy. A special highlight to the exceptionnal Beto Roberto Ochoa, the best dive master I had. I actually chose the dive shop (Island Dive Center) and the hotel (Brisas del Mar) because he was there. He knows the ocean like no other, you will not only learn a lot with him about the ocean life and you underwater skills, but you will also enjoy every moment with joy and in a relaxing vibe. Vivi, Ted, Camilla, are all very experienced instructors and we found their clients are coming back for them year after year. The captains are lovely and kept us safe, they were really helpful. Hector is so cool and caring, and Junior is really funny. The Tequila Jack's staff is great. Wonderly is funny and caring, Harvey makes the best Caipirosca I've had, Jerson and Aïcha make sure you don't miss anything. The workers do all they can to make our stay perfect. The location was pin point what we wanted. Close to the action, and quiet for the night. The private pool and beach were fantastic for the warm afternoons after our dives. There are many good shows at the Tequila Jack's, different styles of music. The food is affordable and we found was among the best we had during our stay. Try out the ceviche and the tequila's Jack fries. Rooms are great, the bed and pillows were SO comfortable. All rooms and Villas have an amazing view. The maids were sweet and very professionnal. This is the kind of place you want to come back again.

This was our first time every in Hondrus. The resort was beautiful and everyone was help and always had a smile. The hot breakfast was free plus delicious and a very good selections from the menu. We caught black tuna and the chefs prepared a couple of our meals from our catch. Would definitely go back.

Updated Clean room with a great view and toiletries. King is two beds pushed together but comfortable. Room has a coffee pot. Pool was great. Breakfast is included and is awesome. You can snorkel right out front. Good entertainment at the bar at night.

We have been staying at Brisas Del Mar for 3 of the 7 years we have been going to Roatan, and will never stay anywhere else again. It is a little bit of everything. Small resort (which is wonderful), but all the amenities you could ever need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Tequila Jack's. The food is fantastic and the beer is cold! What more could you ask for?!

We arrived to serious confusion. Breakfast was to be included but no one knew anything about that. The condo, although nicely appointed was dirty. The dark wood doors looked gooey with fingerprints-especially the toilet room, the windows were a mess. There was crumbs and dust under all beds and furniture. After the week at checkout, the desk attendant said breakfast WAS included “didn’t anyone tell you” very poor communication. Seems whoever owns this place is way too hands-off. OMG The very bad- out of tune music from the bar below felt like it was right in our room. Located way too close to living quarters. Need to relocate the poor entertainment farther away.
