Someone locked the door at night so waited a long time outside to enter the location.

People were very nice and the location was perfect. Comfortable bed also.

The memory foam mattress are the best for exhausted travelers. The staff's hospitality is excellent and the location offers a a multitude of bus travel opinions with MUNI 30, 28 43, as well as Golden Gate Transit.

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't visit longer.

Super clean and well located, right by the bars and just a bus away from San Francisco’s main sights.

I’d think of having at least two more showers and an extra bathroom. Waiting in line to use the restroom wasn’t the best.

Friendly staff and close to lots of great restaurants, bars, and social life at night.

Would've liked the facilities to be kept cleaner throughout the stay. I understand that there's 16 of us and lots of in-flow and out-flow. But would be nice if the hair and sinks were kept a bit cleaner.

Lights out was at 10pm which is great for people who want an early night but a pain to find your things quietly if you’re back a tad later

We really liked that everything worked with out any issues and the staff was really friendly and helped us with the delayed luggages. The location Was also perfect, everything was clean and we had a great time.

We didnt like that there is just one shower for the entire hostel, so it can take a Little bit in the morning waiting.

It is right on Lombard Street, easy access to public transport and restaurants
