Room was to warm

In the night,from 12 to 2 it was awful, there was teenagers who scream and run in the hotel...and they shut the doors, i can't even sleep. My job is paying for the hotel so i needed a invoice but after 2 days they give me the invoice.

Clean and close to family

First I would like to say the people who worked at the hotel were all very kind. My room was clean and serviced on request. The room decor was nice and the bathroom was clean. As far as my stay went, I was there for 11 nights. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on all around you, including hearing people walk in and out of the front door of the hotel on the ground floor at all hours. I was afraid to watch TV in fear I would disturb my neighbors at night since the walls were very thin, although I could hear them until 2 am almost every night. There was a business attached to the hotel which played loud music on Thursdays until 10-10:30 pm and on the weekends til midnight. I had difficulty parking on nights there was an event. I arrived 8 days before my husband and would try and park as close to the front door as possible for safety. There are 4 parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. One day a man came out and told me that was his parking spaces for his business and I had to park on the side of the building which was dark with minimal lighting. I did not feel safe on my own as a woman, especially after I could no longer park in front of the hotel.

Nice location very close to a shoping center with restaurants for breakfast and dinner

Poor insulation, noisy having noisy neighbors but most importantly the fact that the ground floor of the hotel is a wedding party area creates a lot of noise obviously because of the party. Unfortunately this is not mentioned during booking.
