the whole room was stinking like some one smoke in room very bad smell and not good .

Beautiful room, bathroom and good location

Rooms not soundproof, too much noise from other rooms and corridor. Had booked a room with 3 beds , in reality was one double bed and a sofa bed which was a bit uncomfortable. Complained to the Staff at the reception the following day and promised to do something. Again in reality nothing was done even our room was not attended to During check-in the 1st night we found 1/4 of a tissue paper for the 4 of us and for 2 nights.

Pillow is uncomfortable

Not sound proof. Could hear other guests very clearly which kept us awake

Close to Autobahn

Not big parking area, if you are more than 1.80cm you will not fit in WC, everything small, hair and dust on floor, seems nobody use vacuum cleaner. The worst is noise. No noise insulation, no AC that means in summer you open window but planes are landing to Frankfurt-big noise. The worst especially this night was crazy neighbours who was watching tv and screaming till 4am. Why reception put us near them not clear. He knew about this situation. Each door are closing with big noise and you wake up all time. Not suggest this hotel.

Clean and easy accesible place. Silence and beauty nature around the hotel

Staff was terrible. No one welcomed me when I arrived to hotel. There was no one in the reception desk. Room was quite smaller than I expected. There was no Wi-Fi and no body to ask Wi-Fi !
