Mimi's Sunny Beach Apartment

Excellent location in a calm, peaceful area, yet still very close to the city center and the beach. The apartment is spacious, bright, and was exceptionally clean when I arrived. The host is amazing—quick to respond and always doing their best to help. I will definitely rebook another time!

L’hygiène, l’entrée est sale, des cafards. Location en pleine périodes de travaux qui commencent à 6h du matin donc pour des vacances c’est à revoir. Réveil tous les matins avec bruits ++ de pigeons derrière la fenêtre qui donne directement sur le lit et qui ne ferme pas, énormément d’excréments d’oiseaux avec une odeur nauséabonde. Moisissure dans la salle de bain mais ce n’est détails par rapport à la propreté. Emballage de déchet derrière les assiettes « propres ». Pas de ballet mis à disposition pour nettoyer au quotidien (ce sui serai pratique avec la plage à côté donc sable). Bref, je conseille ailleurs.

We had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. From the moment we arrived, the unit smelled strongly of smoke, which was especially concerning since I was traveling with my pregnant wife and our 2-year-old. The owner was completely inaccessible, and the management staff did not speak English. Every time we raised our concerns, we were told they would “get back to us,” but no one ever followed up. Due to the unhealthy environment, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation. Despite this, we were denied a refund and received no meaningful communication. I do not recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
