Upon arrival, it was very difficult to find the building where the apartment is located. The address they provided did not match the actual location. The apartment is extremely under-equipped. There were three of us, and we received bedding for two people and only two towels. No one from the agency was willing to cooperate, even though we were in contact 24/7, or at least when they wanted to reply, but not to provide bedding for at least one person. The bedroom door doesn't close properly. The beds are old and worn, making loud creaking noises. The mattresses we slept on felt so uncomfortable that they nearly felt like they were poking our ribs. Terrible collaboration. I would never recommend anyone to stay here for even one night. It was a real nightmare to call booking and seek alternative accommodations during the peak season! DISAPPOINTING!

The rooms are so clean, in a safe area close to heaps of food places. All of the facilities worked really well and I have zero complaints!

Location is good, easily accessible, acceptable price, the bust stop isn't far, most shops we needed were only a few minutes away

The internet was gone right on the fist night, but luckily come back on the very last night before we left. The door to the bedroom wasn't functioning, for instance it was stacked in the semi open position. The traffic in front of the window during the late afternoon and early night was quite big/noisy.

The apartment was very tidy and clean, beds were comfortable. The location is perfect, quiet, but still in the city center.

The kitchen is well-equipped, just one thing: we would have appreciated some basic ingredients such as salt, sugar or oil. But we could buy everything in the supermarket close to the apartment.
