Excellent experience. Had a great weekend. Will definitely look to book again.

Perfect place for a family with small kids.

Our first room, the air conditioner broke in the night (upper 90 to 100 degree heat days) so we had to get a fan for the dog while we were out. They came and said they could move us to a different room at 1 in the afternoon. This took a little more than an hour in complete heat of the day. Emailed that we could have a late checkout and then backtracked. Nothing done for inconvenience. Staff at location was great. Backoffice, not so much. Only one parking spot per apartment and its tight parking. Hot tub was out of order. Good points...we never heard our neighbors. Very good sound proof walls between units

It was a nice place other than the wall paper being ripped off in places and the ain’t being 2 different colors half way up one wall . Beds were comfortable, place was clean and smelled nice. I’ve stayed here a couple times and would stay again.

In need of updates. Decor is very outdated. No dressers in bed rooms. Accommodations were better than squeezing a family of 4 into a hotel room.

The best part about this property was the convenient location to dollywood. Was able to see the fireworks the night before our visit to dollywood. Was a short drive to everything i wanted to do in pigeon forge and gatlinburg. The pool was very nice and heated but would have been nice to use the hot tub which was down for maintenance. The pictures online are much better quality than what the room really is. Im a heavy person so didn't trust the back balcony didn't feel very sturdy. There was only one area to use the grilling are so if someone claimed it you are out of luck but can always use your private kitchen. The room did have a broken head board on one of the queen beds and a gash by the master bath. Took pictures just incase but im sure that Pinecrest homes was previous aware of and trust that i wont be blamed for the damage. Parking infront of our room was tight for larger vehicles but the overflow parking isnt far from any room and therecis plenty of room there if your parallel parking skills arent great. But overall I would still give this plas an 8 out of 10 review will recommend someone to stay there especially if they plan to go to Dollywood or splash country.

I liked that it was close to town. I appreciate the staff being there to help us when our tv was out for a couple of days. They are updating the townhouses but the one we stayed in was outdated and the toilet would run throughout the night.The pool area was good for kids but needed cleaning up around and updated. All in all I’d give it a 7/10

Should have tried this before our 1st day in the area where our loft room was a travesty. We gave this a shot and it was well worth it. Quiet area and easy to follow emails helped get you started. No issues overall everything would be nit-picking the place and would deal with those same things at a hotel. Glad we tried it and would certainly go back.

There were bugs in the showers and the condo was extremely outdated. the mattresses were air matresses and not real mattresses.

It was really nice and very pretty . Decorated really nice . The mattresses could be updated because you can really feel the springs and her our backs but for the price and everything that it has I’m not gonna complain ! Can’t beat it and my family will definitely be back again probably every other weekend now ! Thanks for being so nice !
