I was expecting soap and shampoo and there were none. The kitchen was supplied with start up. Overall it was good.

Quite and close by to strip and Dollywood

We enjoyed the property very much, it was clean, and quiet. We had no problems at all. We did have a little difficulty with the deadbolt and keypad situation. That wasn't really something that was discussed in our itinerary email and so I had to speak with a representative several times about how to open and close the door just because everything is basically digital/code kind of thing not a physical like card key or door key. But all in all very nice we will be staying there again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pinecrest Townhomes. They are in the process of renovating the homes, so there are still some that have older furnishings and decor. We had an issue when we first checked in that was quickly resolved after I called the number they provided in the email. I appreciated the assistance. There is no on-site desk, but Kathy who manages the property was very helpful. The unit was clean, spacious, and had a full kitchen. You cannot beat the convenience to town while still having a secluded feel. You will hear some Dollywood sounds because of how close you are, but it just sounded like vacation to me. The property was very quiet during the night. Our beds in the unit were firm which some people like and some people do not. I cannot speak to the consistency of this in all units. The indoor pool was a good temperature, but the jacuzzi was down due to a leak during our stay. The lighting in the pool area was a bit dim and could also use some renovations, but overall, the property and amount of space felt like an incredible value. We would stay here again.

This property is in a great location to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. A heads up that they units are very old. Wallpaper in bathrooms are crumbling which give the appearance that the units are not well maintained. The mattresses are decades old as well. You are required to help clean on your way (start load of towels, strip beds and take out trash) out so take that into account. All pictures on website are taken with a filter and do not give accurate representation.

Dishes, bedding, washer and dryer, dishwasher…..all super clean and made our stay even better. Fridge was super cold, great for everything. Will be back!

Close to everything VERY DATED, didn’t look like pictures, smelled like dogs, their cleaning company need to be replaced, dirty sheets, stuff on bathroom walls, couldn’t use balcony, bulbs in lamps blown, literally 4 washcloths, Owner did check on us to try and correct issues but it was always when we were heading out so since we had all of our personal things there, we never were able to let them come. But people don’t usually go on vacation expecting to have to stay and wait on the cleanup crew, which should have clean first right from the beginning. I think who ever manage the property knew the balcony was broke and should’ve never placed No family there. I was never able to enjoy any coffee on the balcony during the morning hours.

The area was so convenient.Everything was in an excellent driving distance away .I had no problems locating anywhere to eat being it was located near an extensive strip .Dollywood was five minutes away it was perfect . And the views were amazing!!!

Very clean and comfortable. Private and quiet with a great view.

The place is wonderful. The only recommendation I would made is to invest in pillows. They were very flat and it made it hard to sleep.
