Appart Hôtel Le Saint-Anselme - Par Revenus Locatifs Qc

We liked the 2 level layout with a washer and dryer on site

I recived an email saying I had not paid when in fact I had. We also accidently left behind a bag of new clothes. I was told it would be mailed to me. It never arrived and now when I try to contact about it, they either ignore the message or push me off and say they will follow up via booking or email but dont. No parking or drop off space at location.

Le logement est situé en face d'un bar. Il y a eu de la musique et des gens qui ont jasé sous notre fenêtre jusqu'à 3h du matin. Très bruyant, nous n'avons pas pu dormir avant la fermeture du bar.
