Clear communication & prom reply, large space ( except bathroom), well equipped, seamless check in / check out, terrace, good location - relative to restaurants, grocery stores, etc…

Night bar/ pool hall or such across the street , resulting in loud music, conversations / arguments until early hours of the morning. Small bathroom .

The location and the room were very good. It was close to tourist attractions, restaurants, pharmacies, groceries, etc., so it was convenient to do anything.

The security situation at night is not so good, so it's best to stay home.

The ground floor is too cold. The wall heaters were not working well. No kettle. Parking too far away
