Sosuite at French Quarters - Rittenhouse Square

Old half eaten food as well as utensils left in microwave from previous person. Opened microwave and it then made the entire room smell disgusting for the next hour. I reported this and no one reached out or did anything about it.

My fiancée and I booked here for New Years Eve. We arrived at the scheduled check in time, but the room had not been cleaned. As the photos show, the place was disgusting—including, among other things, condom wrappers and tissues with (unknown) liquids on the windows sill. We reached out to SoSuite and they told us we had to wait for another two hours for them to clean the room. Unfortunately we informed them that, given the holiday, the later check in would cause us to cancel plans. And, given the cold weather, we really didn’t have another place to go for two hours with our luggage. SoSuite was not concerned. They initially refused to give us any credits. Only after some push back, they offered us a late check out the next day. And, after some additional discussion, they gave us a take-it-or-leave-it choice: accept a full refund (which would require us to rebook somewhere else on NYE, a nonstarter) or accept a “standard” credit reimbursement of $50—but they would not offer anything else. We accepted the latter because we didn’t have any choice. When we arrived at our room at 6:30 PM there were still condom wrappers under our bed. We asked for further consideration on additional credits but never heard back. SoSuite is a good place to stay—if they remember to clean your room. If they don’t, you should not expect them to take any responsibility for the situation Instead, you will pay $300 for condom wrappers under your bed or you will need to seriously consider finding another place to stay.

In the middle of City Center, give you access to a lot of shops and restaurants. Property was clean and quiet. Even weekends were not as loud as expected.

The location could not have been better. Near Rittenhouse Square and easy walking distance to restaurants. The apartment was thoughtful enough to supply a sound machine and earplugs (there is a beer garden next door, but it honestly wasn't a concern) Very bathroom, kitchen, comfy bed.

The bedroom was a bit cramped, and we both banged our shins on the bed corners. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in and got through the front door, but had to sit and wait to be given the final code. (They were responsive)
