401 unit / Sosuite at French Quarters was a great stay! The building has 4 floors with an amazing view, and the location couldn’t be better—close to downtown and within easy walking distance to Rittenhouse Square. Even though it’s in a busy area, the apartment itself was quiet and felt private, which made it really comfortable. The place is modern, easy, and functional—exactly as shown in the pictures, which I really appreciate. Everything worked smoothly, and it had just what I needed without any issue. If you’re looking for a spot in a prime location, comfortable and straightforward, modern setup, this is definitely a great choice.

"Great apartment in the city"

Very good location, close to shopping and SEPTA. Spacious apartment with all the amenities you need for an extended visit. Very clean, comfortable, and beautifully renovated.

There was no TV in the living area, only in the bedroom. A bit noisy, but that is to be expected in the heart of the city.

"Room is ok but water pressure is not good for shower and kitchen use, down stairs beer garden noise"

The water pressure is not strong enough for showers The kitchen sink tap water often does not have water

Beer garden below the building noise is too loud. They should give warning or disclosure on the third party booking platform
