This historic inn is in an excellent location to walk to just about everything you want to see in St Aug. We had the ground floor front room which was very nicely decorated in the spirit of the time, was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. We got lucky as ours was a last minute trip and it was perfect for us. Free parking is always a bonus and the hosts and staff were a joy to work with. There’s lots of space in the inn for guests to hang out - a large upstairs veranda with a mini fridge and ceiling fans, a screened room with sofa and chairs, wicker chairs on the porch and a small garden seating area in the front as well as a nice indoor living room with wine and brandy available in the afternoon. Breakfast was tasty. The street can be noisy but they provide earplugs and a white noise machine for your use at night, so it was no problem sleeping.
Food, service, pricing, accommodations, cleanliness, location, all staff is 100% committed to make you feel special. There's not a single flaw. Set your expectations right, because you're staying at an historical place, and you'll have the best vacations in St. Augustine!

ILThe Breakfast was very good and very unique.
Easy walk to the historic district. I can see a potential for parking to be tight (depending on vehicle size) but had read other reviews so we got there early and was able to park with ease
It was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have wished for more. It was a perfect vacation!
Property is very close to everything. We did not have to drive around because we were able to walk to main attractions. The property was cleaning and quiet, our bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and service too. I recommend this property !!!
We returned to this Inn after a few years away And we will be back Our room we generally stay in is called Memories..Such a beautiful room , comfortable, quiet, and cool. The breakfast was just right and post breakfast sitting on their porch was just what we needed
