The property is just great! Close to everything and is beautiful and clean!!
The People were friendly. The rooms were clean. AC window conditioner never stopped running and Security lights came through the windows, so room was quite bright at night. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was meh. The Location is GREAT! You are in walking distance of just about everything

We stayed 3 nights. Our room in this lovely old home was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner Cadie and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were outstanding! Will definitely stay there again when we visit St. Augustine.

Excellent location, great service with attention to every detail. All rooms have different themes. For our wedding anniversary, we stayed at The Serenity Room with a beautiful veranda. Very nice brrakfast too. Loved it so much and will definitely stay here when we return.
The staff at the bed and breakfast were so attentive and made our time wonderful, its location is ideal to go back and take a little break in between exploring the area.
Beautiful place and a really nice host.
We stayed for 2 nights for a family event and did not receive any room service at all. We had to go ask for our own towels and the bed was not made or room cleaned up. The shower tub has rust and dirt all in it. A little CLR or Limeaway would have done wonders for cleaning it up and making it presentable. Otherwise the Inn was in a great location, and everything else is clean and spotless. Food was excellent, but wished that they had service earlier than 8:45am as we had to leave before then so could not get our breakfast on day of departure.
