Conveniently located within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants and notable sights. Parking lot exclusively for patrons of the Inn (a rarity for St. Augustine), homemade breakfast (that was delicious) and beautifully decorated.
The menu for the breakfast was announced the night before, it’s different every day, it’s prepared just before it’s served. We liked these delicious homemade breakfasts! Early rises might prefer the breakfast to be served earlier than 9 am, but people who are willing to wait a little are rewarded with an excellent unique breakfasts! Our “Memories” room on the first floor was charming, spacious, with a character (decorated in vintage style), and inviting. The overall property is in a nice historically preserved condition and stylish decor of the past times. Hostess was hard working, accommodating, and welcoming. Location was super central and we walked everywhere. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location to explore the streets of St Augustine. Close to Flagler College, shops, restaurants, and Old Town Trolley. Our room had a comfortable bed, lots of light, walk in shower and tv. The verandas and porches were perfect to sit outside. Water, coffee and snacks were always available. The breakfasts were outstanding. I highly recommend and would stay there again if we go to St Augustine.
