the room is nice and comfortable. good location within walking distance to grand Indonesia mall and other shops.

Should increase more facilities e.g. coffee house and hotel decor. I didn't expect much with the price that I paid and I have read the previews from other guests.

Need go to lobby to iron the shirt..no privacy

the toilet is flooded and the towels don't absorb the water

1. Room to small ( should remove the box behind the bed to make more space for the room. 2. Toilet no divider. Every time shower always wet 3. Towel disgusting 4. Cannot borrow iron. Have to bring my clothes downstairs and iron behind the reception counter 5. No breakfast and there are no nearby restaurant open at 7. So i have to force myself to sleep and wake up at 10 to wait for the Mall to open 6. No room service.

They are located on prime location

They didn’t inform the guests that there is construction going on in that building. I didn’t sleep properly because of noise

As a guest, I value the comfort and tranquility that a hotel should provide, especially during times when rest is essential. Unfortunately, the noise from the renovations has been particularly disruptive, especially at times when I am not feeling well and require adequate rest. This disturbance has significantly impacted my ability to relax and recuperate during my stay. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the affected nights of my stay. I believe this request is fair given the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the ongoing renovations noise. I trust that you understand my situation and will take appropriate action to address this matter promptly.
