THE LOCATION

I would like to report this hotel after my sunglasses disappeared i went to ask in the reparation about it .. they told me to see the see cc tv you have to wait for 1 hour .. after that the showed me the cc tv after mins because they thought that i will leave since by bag was in the taxi to the airport .. after that after watching the cc tv we came to know the security of the hotel it self he stole my sunglasses and his name is jono they told me if you want your sunglasses you have to wait for two hours IF YOU WILL BOOK THIS HOTEL YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THE STAFF MAY STEEL YOUR THINGS Thank you

Very clean. Very comfortable. Just nice for 2 people. Walking distance to mall. Staff friendly and value for money.

It would be great if they have connecting rooms.

"Good Location, cosy room, good price"

Good location to Grand Indonesia. Just cross the road and you are at the East Gate. Cosy place to sleep and relax. I don't mind staying there again but hoping the room WiFi is fixed next time.

WiFi was not working at the room level except for the lobby. Wall room is a bit thin hence if someone slammed the door it can be heard. TV only has local channels and no Netflix.

Good location near to mall

you need to go outside on 2nd floor coridor to use the iron and the hotel just provided 1 key to room accsess
