B&B de la Fontaine

The quirky architecture. The home cooked food at breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect with only short walks to all the interesting sights in old Quebec.

The room we had was a little small with a small shower. But this is to be expected in a historic property.

Great location with all the best bits of old Quebec City, Port District and Parliament District within walking distance. Friendly host served up a lovely breakfast that was very vegetarian friendly.

The narrow stairs, but is to be expected in old buildings.

Perfect location to everything we wanted to see and do! Gracious, warm hostess, delicious breakfast and super clean spot in the historic part of city.

Breakfast was delicious, but the best thing about B&B de la Fontaine was its excellent location to the old quarter. Our host was lovely and looked after us, she politely dealt with some noisy neighbours.

Being so close and not too expensive, diminishes the small negatives. The bathroom was tiny and we had to be inventive storing our bags (under the bed).
