A acomodação é aconchegante, o funcionário sempre preocupado em nos atender da melhor forma possível, e o café da manhã uma delícia!

O banheiro é bem pequeno, acoplado ao quarto.

Breakfast was good except paid for 4 and only got 3. Checked out 7am but no offer from Victoria for anything for that earlt start We could have kept it in room fridge like fruit, yoghurt or fruit bread.

Avoid at all costs Ripped off. Booked and paid for Superior Queen and was put in Standard room. Proof is in the photos. Also, the property took more than the authorised amount and took me 4 attempts to get the refund after they gave various excuses like my bank rate, which was not the case. I have read many others have also been charged the $33 overpayment and not got it back. The terms were also pay at the property, but they took the whole payment a week before. When we queried the wrong allocated room whilst there, Victoria said all rooms were Superior rooms. When I showed her the photos online, that they had clearly labelled as Standard, she said, "ignore the photos we just had to put some up there". She then had the cheek to tell me to stop being so negative as it was only a few dollars!!!!! There was no wardrobe (because we were in the wrong room), but Victoria said the cabinet the TV was sat on was the wardrobe!! There was no storage for clothes or anywhere to store the suitcases, so they had to perch on the 2 chairs which left nowhere for us to sit. Advertised there was free WiFi but couldn't get it in that room. The bathroom was shockingly small. Property looked neglected from the outside, and entering with suitcases up the porch steps was very difficult due to the doors being very stiff to open.

The breakfast menu was outstanding! Victoria, the proprietor, fixed fresh breads every morning, eggs, omelets, fresh juice and fruit, various toasts with local (OUTSTANDING) jams and jellies, hot coffee and tea with all the "fixins". We would eat first thing in the AM, walk all around Quebec City and not be hungry until dinner time! Anything you could want in a dressed up continental breakfast was available. The beds were SO comfortable, our room was HUGE, there were always fresh towels and amenities; and it was close to "old" Quebec City. This old beautifully renovated house was just perfect for walks into the old town, down to the boardwalk or excursions further away from the old City. Victoria also took time with each guest asking about things they would like to see for breakfast, did they need directions anywhere, could she call a cab for someone; she is just an extremely caring individual who has given her all to ensure her B&B (and family home) is warm, welcoming and inviting. I would VERY highly recommend this venue to anyone, and if I ever get back to Quebec City, I will stay there again!

Sehr urige Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Ein selbst zubereitetes, leckeres Frühstück und eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin.

Das Zimmer war etwas zugestellt, sodass es nicht viele Möglichkeiten gab, das Gepäck zu verstauen.

Très bien placé dans le vieux Québec. Hôtesse très accueillante et sympathique. Elle prépare aussi de bons petits déjeuner faits maison😋

La position géographique pour visiter la ville haute et la ville basse de Quebec. La gentillesse de la femme de service.

Le sas d'entrée très difficile à ouvrir et bruyant, surtout la nuit. Les escaliers qui grincent. Le conduit de cheminée qui permet d'entendre les conversations des autres locataires de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre. La salle d'eau très exiguë. Parking payant obligatoire,car ilest interdit de stationner dans les rues, et assez loin de la chambre d'hôtes Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas au rendez-vous. Pas d'accueil par les propriétaires, un simple mail avec un code pour la boîte à clé. Heureusement que la femme de service s'est trouvée là au moment de notre arrivée
