The location, room, and overall complex were all perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the front desk experience completely changed our opinion of this property — Lauren, in particular, was awful. I have honestly never come across someone working in customer service who seemed so self-absorbed and so uninterested in helping guests checking in. The lobby uses very upscale, tech-heavy devices for self check-in, and rather than stepping away from the desk for even a moment to help a Gen X group navigate the process, Lauren and the other female staff member showed absolutely no desire to assist or even engage with us. Lauren’s attitude was incredibly condescending for someone in hospitality. At one point, I actually looked at her and said, “Wow, you have quite the attitude, don’t you?” because the interaction had become that uncomfortable. From there, the check-in process only continued to go downhill. It’s unfortunate because the property itself was nice, but customer service can absolutely make or break an experience. Simply because of Lauren’s behavior, I would never rent from this group again. This occurred on Mother’s Day weekend, Sunday, May 10.

Clean & excellent location

Think useful to put WiFi in room & let people know they can pre order groceries- milk in room also helpful at least enough for first day or 2 to give people a chance to get to supermarket.

We made 2 requests for toilet paper and neither of the request was answered. And after using the shampoo in the shower 2 times the 500ml bottle was empty. The same happened with the shower gel. Obviously these had not been filled before we arrived. The code we were supposed to use to access the house and elevator did not work.

Great location, could walk to most places. The apartment had most of the basics that were needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

2 of 3 lights in the bathroom were not working. No tea towels to dry dishes & the clothes dryer did not work well. There was only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in the room when we arrived. We asked for more but it never came. I had to go back to the front desk the next morning, still none available. We were asked to check back later in the day. They finally gave us 1 roll for a 6 night stay.
