"Good place - Receptionist Bad"

Centrally located. Very good to walk to the convention center and Broadway. Room is super comfortable. Shower pressure is very low. A little pricy, maybe. The service is crap. The people at the reception are awful. Not helpful at all.

Room was spacious and location was a short walk from Broadway.

Parking was confusing at first but once in by using the parking App - was quite easy to use

"Excellent apartment but have yet to return my deposit"

Excellent location and amenities. The rooms and building was very clean and had everything I needed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

The check-in process. Check-in is processed through a screen when the staff aren’t present and it’s not exactly straightforward which is frustrating when you’ve had a long flight and it’s late. Three weeks after leaving the accommodation I am STILL waiting for the return of the monies taken when I checked in for incidentals.
