Breakfast had a whole lot of desi and International favourites. The live dosa/pancakae/poratta/omlete counter was the highlight. The food was tasty. The ambience was uplifting and staff were also good. Room and bathroom were relatively spacious with adequate infrastructure.

While checking in, they were searching for my booking. I believe there was no intimation to hotel even though I showed booking.com voucher. Took a long time to allocate us a room. The room was similar to one booked, but was not cleaned properly. The bathroom drainage was not working and the water was stagnant. Had to call house keeping to rectify this. Toiletries were not kept. Coffee powder and sugar was missing. These things we take for granted were missing. For each, need to call housekeeping. Had to wait for a long time to receive dinner after ordering - in room dining. The quantity of food was very less and not value for the price. Taste could have been better.

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, making my experience seamless from check-in to check-out. I arrived around midnight, and the team swiftly allotted my room without any hassle. The next day, I had a meeting and requested a late checkout by an hour, and they gladly accommodated my request. A special thanks to Urvashi and Edwin for their exceptional hospitality!

That said, the room was quite small, and there was a foul smell in the toilet. Additionally, the A/C duct was quite noisy, which could be improved. However, the bed was like sleeping in the clouds—neat, comfortable, and very well made.

The facilities were good. The staff is very very nice. Breakfast is really good and of top notch quality as compared to other hotels at this price.

Staff were friendly and behaved professionally when I interacted with them via bookings.com. They were kind enough to allow me to extend my stay a few hours late, on the day of my checkout, since mt flight was later at the night. Food ordered were quickly dispatched and staff at the restaurant were super friendly. Especially a lovely girl called Annen. Front office Sakthi and Manish and the manager were helpful too.

Our room was facing right in front of the main road and was noisy but if you’re ok with this, like me, Then, you will have a good chance of seeing the hustle and bustle of the people’s lifestyle in this part of Chennai. Which clearly was not an issue for me, but if you are looking for quiet spot then request one, you might get a room further away from the street.
