A wonderful room and a splendid breakfast buffet that was rich and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Along side a busy road though I couldn’t hear this inside.

The staff support was great, very nice breakfast. Room cleanliness and facilities are equal to 4 Star category, they have a very good restaurant "Fishermans warf" breakfast is served there, lunch dinner available but its pretty costly, other options around the Hotel aslso available. If you have business in WTC + 10 KMS around, this hotel is a very good choice.

Housekeeping they do not fill the room ammenities properly, we need to call the support team for that. I don't know, it is whose mistake, maybe Hotel Management they instruct the house keeping for cost cutting.

Nice hotel, good price and location, friendly staff.

No hot water for 3 days. We called the staff and they managed to coax out some hot water in the middle of the day, but by the time we attempted a shower there was again no hot water.
